Account Executive – Fulltime Position

Seven Figure Staffing seeks an Account Executive to join our growing sales team. The mission of the Account Executive team is to provide prospects the most immediate and high-quality first interaction with SFS in order to drive great customers. Do you want to join a high producing and impactful [sales] team? In this role you are responsible for selling the value of SFS programs. 

Job Description

During the sales process, you will guide prospective firm owners as they learn how SFS can help them improve their client acquisition rates, client retention rates, and overall business profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Navigate a high volume of product and sales-related inquiries
  • Dissect a firm owners business goals and help them develop a better plan for achieving them
  • Focus on coaching the customer in a consultative way vs. selling a product
  • Build strong relationships with client
  • Become an expert at presenting how the SFS program can help a firm owner improve the fundamentals of their business
  • Close new business at or above quota level by identifying firm owners who are willing to invest both time and money in leveraging our program
  • Work with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our companys values, unique culture, and vision for the future
  • Follow up with customers and adjust their strategy if necessary
  • Identify and deliver best next steps or resources to assist customers and users
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within SFS to improve the experience for those within the company and SFS customers/users alike.

Qualifications

  • Coachability – ability to absorb and apply coaching
  • Curiosity – ability to understand potential customers context though effective questioning and listening
  • Intelligence – ability to learn complex concepts quickly and communicate in an easy to understand manner
  • 2 years customer-facing Account Management Preferred
  • 2 years Sales experience Preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong technical aptitude
  • Have the desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales
  • Have a positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility for their successes and failures
  • Have exceptional consultative selling skills and closing skills
  • Are Top Producers in their current role
  • Have a sharp focus on their goals and a belief that their daily, weekly and monthly activities will help achieve them
  • Initiative to find the resources needed to be successful in this role
  • An ability to work collaboratively to solve problems
