Responsibilities
- Help define the customer journey and personas by deeply understanding our clients, prospects and competitors in order to drive demand.
- Produce differentiated positioning and messaging that aligns users to program capabilities and a roadmap.
- Deliver content strategy and produce content (website, blogs, emails, ebooks, whitepapers, case studies, webinar and video ideas) to create thought leadership and support demand generation and market education.
- Contribute to website content and deliver a compelling website to trial experience with low bounce rates and high conversion.
- Coordinate web and content team.
- Work closely with digital agencies and marketing team to execute campaigns, experiment with growth levers and ideas to drive conversions, as well as with the product team to drive adoption.
- Experience ideating and executing out-of-the-box marketing strategies that drive long term customer acquisition through growth.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience and comparable past performance at a high growth PLG B2B company.
- Track record of successfully launching new products with a bottoms-up/PLG GTM strategy.
- Expert at developing A/B testing scenarios to drive higher click-through-rates.
- Ability to create crisp and compelling narratives; superb written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Self-directed, fast-paced, hardworking with a can-do attitude and desire to out-work and out-learn the competition.
- Comfortable executing on strategy and content yourself (50% of the time), planning/outlining/reviewing other writer’s content (40% of the time), and measuring content effectiveness (10% of the time).
- Hyper-organized, practical, and love to find new and innovative ways to do things more effectively and efficiently than others.
